Document Preparation
TecHeroes provides complete document preparation services prior to scanning. These include:
• Document disassembly (removing staples and binding) • Unfolding pages • Moving post-it notes to uncover data • Correcting upside-down or backwards pages
We take your documents right from your files and perform any preparation required for scanning. We also offer complete reassembly so your documents return to you exactly as you sent them.
Import File Creation
An important part of many document conversion projects is loading the data into a document management software system. With our extensive experience as a provider of document imaging services, TecHeroes has become adept at providing customized import files for almost all existing systems. We have an in-house programming staff that can format images and index data to be compatible with almost all popular applications and proprietary systems.
