Home services... how many computers are in your home? Some homes have one, some have six.
But if any one of them is running slow, can't access the internet, or freezes and refuses to restart; you may need TecHeroes help.
Although we feel we have a premier service, there are other premier services out there. We just can't name any off the top of our heads. You can bring your computer to us. Or, because we know how busy life can get and how much you need your computer. We are always happy to schedule a time that is convenient for you to pick it up and/or drop it off. Keep in mind that we'd like to see the computer in its own environment as the issue can often times be diagnosed better under the same conditions you have experienced them.
Sometimes we may have to run a scan or diagnostic, or maybe install software. We do not bill you for this time. We try to work around it, bring the PC into our spa, or tend to another job while we wait. We keep you informed at all points in the service so you know what we are doing and when you will be running again. |
